The curing methods of EPDM sealing strips can be divided into:

　　(1)Discontinuous vulcanization method for EPDM sealing strips(extruded,cut lengths of the tape,placed in an autoclave,extruded to form a sulfur-containing compound for the rubber semi-finished model);

　　2)Continuous vulcanization(microwave continuous vulcanization method and salt bath continuous vulcanization method,continuous hot air vulcanization method and other methods).

　　B.Continuous curing sealing salt bath:bath salt bath containing sulfide nitrite system,greater environmental pollution,is gradually eliminated.

　　C.Hot air vulcanization sealing:Hot air vulcanization has developed into a gust of wind,high temperature,can achieve high speed and hot air vulcanization(Vmax:60 m/s and Tmax:450°c),using the effect of pretreatment,at the same time Greatly improved security.
