Generally, colors are different, so when mixing colors, the manufacturer will require the customer to provide reference colors (such as plate samples, plate color cards, etc.).

Wood grain color is to print paint on the surface to form an effect similar to wood grain. Wood grain color, the middle layer is PVC substrate, the surface layer is paint printing, and the bottom layer is adhesive. The price of wood-grained PVC edge banding is slightly higher than that of plain color.

PVC edge banding can be divided into ordinary edge banding and environmental protection PVC edge banding according to the raw materials used. Environmental protection and non-environmental protection cannot be identified by sense, touch and vision, and must be inspected by the authority department.

The following is a brief introduction to several methods to identify the quality of PVC edge banding:

1. Look at the color. Generally, the color is bright, and the surface finish is relatively better. The darker the color, such as black, gray, etc., the greater the possibility of using recycled materials;

2. Smell whether there is a taste. The products produced with high-quality raw materials generally have a small taste. If the taste is too large, it means that the quality of raw materials used in production is poor;

3. Pick up a piece of edge banding and bend it hard. The more difficult it is to break, the better the quality. The reason is that there is less calcium carbonate added inside, so the product has better toughness and strength.
