PVC edge banding has the characteristics of heat resistance, oil resistance, strength, hardness and high flexibility; Its surface performance is good, wear-resistant, and can be trimmed; The surface effect is also good, and its patterns and colors can have the natural wood color close to the log, and can also have other color patterns; The bonding effect of PVC edge banding strips with the bottom surface treated with mesh or coating is also good. Its specification: 0.2~3mm thick, 19-50mm wide, 1000mm long. If the thickness of PVC edge banding is more than 2mm, it is necessary to heat and soften or increase the temperature of the adhesive during use, otherwise it will fall off automatically due to the poor adhesion of the stress.

3. Melamine edge banding has the characteristics of wear resistance, fire prevention, oil resistance, moisture resistance, acid and alkali resistance, and has the advantages of good flexibility, strong adhesion after bonding, and not easy to fall off. Its specification: the thickness is 0.2~0.4mm, the width is about 25mm, and the length is 1000~2000mm. Melamine edge banding has good bending performance, which will be good after heating, but it has the defect of easy to break.
